MINISTRY:

My wife, Fayrene, and I are inspirational songwriters, singers, musicians, speakers and writers focusing on spiritual insights, faith, and truths that can heal, transform and light up the path to fulfilling your life's purpose. We have been ordained ministers since 1999. At one point in our lives, we traveled across the United States in full-time music ministry.

In every chapter of my life, my relationship with God has been my strength to move forward and face each day no matter the circumstances - whether failing or succeeding, falling short or overcoming. I am far from perfect, and have dealt with internal battles and struggles throughout my earth journey. Without the power of the Holy Spirit, I am convinced I would not be alive today. My personal journey has been, and always will be, all about the life and revelation of Jesus Christ, although I am not affiliated with any religious denomination.

Even though I have spent my entire life on a spiritual path, I realize that I am just beginning to comprehend the depth of help, hope and strength available to us from the Divine Love of our Creator. We were created to be “TOTALLY WHOLE” beings, even in the midst of all the pressures and uncertainties of everyday life.

In the executive world, decisions are often driven by data in spreadsheets. But the most significant pivots—the ones that define a legacy or save a company—require something deeper than a spreadsheet. They require discernment.

As a CPA since 1996, I have seen many cases where the numbers don't tell the whole story. That check in your spirit or "gut hunch" is often a divine signal that something is missing—yet in the heat of a high-stakes decision, it’s hard to decipher what that is. I founded Totally Whole Executive Spiritual Consulting to bridge this gap between executive strategy and spiritual discernment by helping high-level decision-makers bring their faith into the boardroom.

As a former C-Suite executive, I speak the language of your responsibilities. I understand the weight of investor returns, employee morale, and financial risk. Because I understand the numbers, I am uniquely positioned to help you see exactly where the spiritual truth is trying to tell you something the numbers cannot.

Even though I spent most of my career analyzing the financials of businesses, my life has also been defined by my faith walk as a follower of Jesus. I have been involved in various aspects of ministry since becoming ordained in 1999. As a believer in Christ and also a financial professional, I desire to exercise both my spiritual and natural gifts to help you uncover the "why" behind the check in your spirit so you can move forward with clarity and total peace.

BUSINESS:

For over 25 years, I served in the roles of CFO or Controller for many of Indiana's most successful technology startups. During that time, I was either leading or a member of the finance management team on six successful exits: ExactTarget, acquired by Salesforce; Compendium, acquired by Oracle; Software Artistry, acquired by Tivoli/IBM; Emerging Threats, acquired by Proofpoint; PolicyStat, acquired by iContracts; and Standard for Success, acquired by Education Advanced.

I was was also fortunate to be named to TechPoint's inaugural "Tech 25" class in 2015 and was a 2020 MIRA Award finalist for the Tech Education Award.

In 2018, with a desire to give back to the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders, I left the corporate environment to enter the world of academia at DePauw University where I have spent 8 years directing the student centers responsible for entrepreneurship, business, career development, internships, off-campus studies and graduate school advising.
